Ive tried to reach pnc by phone and by email on multiple occasions with no reply.

They use high-pressure sales tactics, even try to guilt trip you for any revisions needed. Misspelled my Company's name on logo, and getting any refund is out of the question. Horrible. Stay away! ***Doubt any positive reviews are real clients*** SCAMMERS !!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!!!!

Working with PNCsolutions was a very bad experience Not only did they give us incorrect information that cost us money, we lost money in advertisement adds We were told in several occasions something would be fixed or updated and it was not Emails asking for help from upper management were continuesly ignored. I have correspondence via email backing These statements After finally going live with web site there were so many issues we ended up paying another company to fix all the data errors and pay pal issues.

Please read fine print of contract. After you receive the initial logo design, respond with corrections/preferences/alterations; fine print states (from PNC Logos website): Once the project has been entered in revision phase, the refund offer will be void and a request for refund will not be entertained. Please do thorough research before using company. (Google: I have proof of purchase and everything Ive stated above is true)
