        My husband and I love State Farm but having a very difficult time with THIS particular office. We are trying to ADD coverage and after receiving a quote from Maria, she is NOT calling us back to discuss. We have been trying to reach her for the past month. Extremely annoyed and looking for a new agent now.

      Hi Kimberly, this is Carlos the owner. I just spoke with Maria, i did see where she emailed you a quote on some coverage changes and a response asking if you would like to move forward to contact her. I did ask her if she had received any messages for a call back since. She did say she got a phone message from another rep while she was at lunch today to call you back.. she did state she would give you a call shortly (same day). I really pride myself in my teams ability to get back to customers... I apologize if someone didn't relay the message to her. This could be a one-off situation as I've never received any complaints about getting back to customers however apologize for any of my team members not getting back to you in a timely manner.
