        I filled out an online quote in my search for better car insurance rates and was given a call by Stephanie Deeb, we spoke about what my needs were and she told me she’d give me a call back within 10 minutes once she found the BEST policy for me. 10 minutes went by and Stephanie called , my rate dropped significantly and I gladly switched to Liberty Mutual. Stephanie was very professional and helped make the entire experience seamless and easy. Ask for Stephanie and if you’re looking to get a new policy!!

        Met my new insurance agent, Jacqueline Clark, at the office to finish signing my new policy paperwork and obtain hard copies for my policys and my daughter's new policys. I talked to Jacqueline on the phone so many times and she has such a wonderful personality, so it was a real pleasure to be able to meet with her in person yesterday. Customer service is everything in any business. And she definitely has fantastic customer service she's very knowledgeable about her job she's forthcoming and honest about things, and a huge asset to this company.
