Excellent! Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and caring! Getting insurance has always been somewhat unpleasant experience but not with this agency! Leidy, Crystal and Ayelen all went above and beyond from the first moment we entered! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

I've been a State Farm customer for over 20 years and have done business with the Tony Lopez agency during this time. They have always been very responsive and supportive. Recently staff member Crystal Talavera helped me with several "senior questions" regarding my policies and went above and beyond to research and provide me with the information and guidance I requested. She is an outstanding asset to Tony and his staff.
