        On their website they charge $50 dollars for a telephone "appointment." Being a Non-profit, it is a very high charge for people like me who called in order to obtain help for immigration services, a call that lasted 7 minutes, where they gave me information that I had easily already obtained on the internet... Not worth it...

        The fee they charge for an immigration procedure is too high, more than what lawyers charge and to say what their fees are you have to pay $50 and they are a "non-profit organization"

      Carolina, in the USA, being Non-profit does not mean that the services are free, and before making the payment it is clearly explained to you that during the call you will be able to receive guidance on your questions and we will provide you with assistance in eligibility. We never take time to serve people, we have had people who have been there for up to an hour and have received the service. If you finished in 7 minutes it is because you wanted to do it, not because of the time limit. We are sorry that you are giving wrong information to people who may need the service.
      We wish you the best in your immigration procedures.
