        Dear management. Are you serious? No Sunday container, no long spoons. Had to eat this Sunday uncomfortably in this long cup, using this kiddy spoon. Your employee doesn't even know when spoons arrive. Also, Dunkin people, what happened to the french crullers?

        I ordered chocolate ice cream in a waffle bowl. Was told they had no more bowls. While I was disappointed, no worries Ill take a waffle cone. Pulled up to the window. Young lady comes and says, Im sorry we are out of waffle cones,and offers a cake cone or a sugar cone. Sighing, I asked for ice cream in a bowl with a sugar cone. It takes her a few minutes, hands me the ice cream with lid and cone. I then ask for a spoon. She says, we do not have any spoons, my manager forgot to order them.
