This place breakfast was terrible if you just looking for cereal and your fruits its ok but no pancakes or nothing.

Awful!! For the price I did not expect luxuries, but I expected the basics "cleanliness" But here you will NOT find it The rooms are dirty, there are cockroaches and they smell of cigarettes and other things.... all the hallways, even the non-smoking rooms, the coffee maker It still had the old coffee from the previous guest, the air conditioning filter was horribly dirty, look at the photos!!! Let's not even talk about breakfast, take an apple and a slice of bread and be happy!!!! Take this Hotel as your last option. DON'T FALL FOR THE FALSE PRICE AND REVIEWS!!!

COCKROACHES!!!! We arrived after a long day at the theme parks. Upon arrival we had to kill a cockroach on the floor. We went to the front desk and asked for another room unfortunately they were booked. We decided to just keep the room and sleep for the night. When we woke in the morning there were multiple roaches all over the ceiling !!! we checked out.!! If you made it this far and are still interested the location is great. Breakfast consists of 3 kinds of bread, 2 kinds of cereal and juice milk and coffee. Avoid the roaches. stay somewhere else.

Ricardo is the best, he is very professional, always multitasking the people & phones, very polite. Give this man a raise!? I recommend this hotel & its close to Universal & walkable food places!
