Best Western Plus Orlando East- UCF Area

Room was absolutely disgusting, I woke up and found bite marks on my skin and found out my first room had bed bugs in it and then I get to move to another to room then that room the toilet wouldn't go down for putting almost nothing in that cheap toilet and they couldn't do anything about it so I had to move into another room for my last night! The showers in each of the rooms were very disgusting, I don't even have words to describe how bad the all the showers looked. This place was under renovation and I think should've finished renovating first before putting people in rooms. The only good part about this stay is the staff there are very nice to everyone. I should not have to worry about all of this just for a five night stay, this was absolutely ridiculous, the only good part about this stay was the staff were very nice, but other than that, I will probably NEVER stay in a best western hotel because of this and definitely do not recommend staying at this hotel!

While the rooms were updated, the cleanliness was very subpar. The bathroom floor needed much attention. It looked as if it hadn't been mopped in a week or two. The tub and shower definitely could've benefited from extra attention as well. I didn't partake in the grab And go breakfast. The hotel is under renovation so the option for a hot breakfast is understandably unavailable. Once renovations are complete, this location will be one I reconsider for future use. But the cleaning staff most definitely need to step it up.

Mostly good, but some not so much. My room was on the recently renovated 2nd floor. It was very nice on first glance. I checked in at about 5pm and left for a meeting nearby. Returned later hat evening and went in the bathroom to wash up before bed. Nice, soft, clean linens, but no soap. You know, the little bars near the sink to wash your hands. I had my own body wash in my suitcase, but kind of a pain to have to dig it out. Had an early morning meeting the next day and about 6am went to shower and the bottom of the bath tub looked like a construction worker was working in it with his shoes on. Very dirty. I showered with my flip flops on.. The desk is kind of strange. It's a round table, with two chairs, but no light to illuminate the work area. There was one behind near the television and one on the other side of the room near the couch. Except for the dirty tub, minor annoyances. The bed and linen were clean and comfortable, the TV was a large screen and the WiFi was strong and fast. All in all, a 4 star stay and decent value for the price.
