Lovely hotel. My small son and I felt safe and comfortable. The beds were comfy (I am a horrible sleeper) and I slept really well. However they can make some improvements. The light from the small fridge lights up the room when the lights are off. No one wants that when trying to sleep or light sensitive. Also, they could have better black out shades as light still enters the room from the windows. All and all the experience was great and its right next door to Universal and many other great places of interest. I would stay there on my next visit to Orlando.

If you are visiting Universal Studios this hotel has the best location with walking distance to the resort. The rooms are clean and spacious. And although its close to the road, it was surprisingly quiet. We had a room on the seventh floor with a view to the park and could see some of the rides and it was fun watching them from there.

Recently stayed here for a few days, and was impressed by the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the beds were comfortable, was reasonably close to everything we needed for shopping and going to Universal, and the amenities were plenty, including a pool. While there isn't a free breakfast, they do have a restaurant on-site, with a Denny's on the same street, and an IHOP and Waffle House within walking distance. Would recommend this hotel to other people wanting to be near Universal Studios, and will likely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Universal. Rooms: Spacious and bright, bed is extremely comfortable. Was kind of put-off by the motion detecting lights that turn on when you go to the bathroom at night, but it's not worth losing a star for. Nearby activities: Universal Studios, mini golf courses, Arcade Monsters, shopping centers and an outlet mall, movie theatre, an escape room, and a water park, among countless others. Walkability: Hotel is on the very busy International Drive, but there is plenty of sidewalk space for people who need to do so. Food & drinks: Restaurant on the main floor, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
