Hidden $13 resort fee charge...is not a resort very old , poor condition, elevator terrible, doesn't honor early check in and late checknout for reward members.....charges a 2nd deposit if you decide to extend

The room I stayed in, I saw 3 roaches. I called the front desk. They said they don't offer refunds but will give me another room. Which? Is what I end up staying at

I had a layover and was completely unfamiliar with this city. I found this location due to it being near the airport and stating it had a shuttle service. Once arriving to the airport and calling the hotel I was notified there is no shuttle service. Once arriving to the hotel and entering the room, it smelled strongly of cat urine. I promptly asked for a different room but I was told all rooms were occupied or in worse condition than the one provided. I was given a spray bottle of sunscreen to spray in the room to mask the odor. The mirrors were filthy, window was covered in hand prints, top of dresser had sticky cup rings on it. I'm only assuming the sheets were clean. Staff was less than friendly overall. Thank goodness it was just a layover and not a long stay. This hotel should NOT be renting these rooms!
