        This Hyatt is top of the line in service and accommodations. Our room was so large and clean. My mom was able to bring her scooter into the room because of the space. Our luggage was delayed from the airline and a bell man brought our luggage to our room and actually set it up for us. Every day we were greeted with smiles and every single person had a pleasant attitude from the bellman to the customer service reps behind the check-in desk. This hotel is pricey, but you definitely get treated very well and that makes it worth it if you can afford the fee.

        Customer service was great from the time I checked in until I left home. Food in fiorenzo was exquisite! Came for my birthday and Hyatt did not disappoint! Enjoyed the views from the room and the pool areas weren't crowded. I was able to get the relaxation I needed.
