Mi Casa Hotel

Our bathroom door was very broken and jammed while our 10 year old was inside. We had to purchase our own breakfast because theirs didn't start until 6:30am and we had to leave for the rental car/airport at 5:45am. I bought donuts for breakfast. They were in a box on the counter. When we woke up the donuts were swarming with ants. All the ice machines in the entire hotel were down. The pull out couch bed springs were broken. There were cobwebs hanging from the lamp. Rooms: the pull out couch mattress was broken bathroom door was broken Food & drinks: all ice machines were broken

That hotel is a bunch of crooks, they require you to pay a $50 deposit and when you leave the premises they return it to you after 5 days. I've been out there for two weeks now and they haven't refunded any money. I recommend that you do so before renting at that hotel. Keep in mind that they are not going to return your deposit and it has a bad smell, it is really not recommended, I would not give it a single star, they put their best photos to believe that the place is good, but the place is useless and the They don't give you the deposit back, they charge you $50 for the deposit and they don't give it back, so if I go back to Orlando that would be the last place I could go.

Roaches in room. Strong mold smell. No wash rags. Floor wet. When I spoke to the manager on site she seemed to not care. You definitely get what you pay for here. First and last time ever booking with mi casa!

This hotel looks great online; booing is easy, offers free breakfast and shuttles, rooms look nice, and close to everything. But then you get there and realize youve made a grave mistake. Unless you like food poisoning, moldy floors, dusty air and cold showers, these rooms are not for you. Most of the laundry and vending machines dont work, they will NOT clean your room, the food (and I use that term very loosely) is below sub par. If you need towels be prepared to count them and bring them to the desk to exchange and take your own trash out. And if you want to complain, dont waste your time. Their managers are worse than the staff. They also dont disclose the fees and deposit theyll charge you upon check in so be ready for that too. Overall I would have been better off spending my 7 nights in my car on the side of the highway than staying here. Do yourself a favor and dont even consider this hotel let alone actually check in.

Stayed here from canada. My teenage son had a bug climb across his pillow late at night.. my husband is a licensed pest control technician and caught the bug - it ended up being a german cockroach, and they are harder to get rid of than bed bugs We carefully took our luggage in our garage when we returned home and flicked out every piece of clothing before throwing it into the washer. My husband offered the hotel when he arrived home in canada he would fly back out with his equipment and stay a week to treat the whole hotel closing down 15-20 rooms a day for an extremely cheap price. Canadas technicians need to go through a very thorough examination with the university here to obtain such a lisence as the states techs do not so they would also be getting top twir technician They agreed and than did not answer afterwards. I do not think they care about their guests. They'd rather take money and not spend to make sure their guest ate comfortable. Their loss . Last time I would ever not stay with the big name hotels. Be careful who you book with Rooms: German cockroach infestation
