This place have so much issues ,because don't have water cooling, and I love the water cool .

It was a room to stay in and we are thankful for that. But a few things that you should be aware of.
1. No healthy breakfast. Only waffles and syrup and hard boiled egg.
2. Employees "no speaky english" They are Haitian or Cuban or something. We were not from there so were taken back a little.
3. Needs updating to all rooms. old furnishings and towels. No ventilation and humid. Don't walk around barefooted bring sandals always. The rug is old and dirty.
4. On our way out we found what seemed to be a bed bug or something. you judge for yourself and check the picture.
5. Tv has only 5 or 6 channels. Nothing local like news but only rerun shows and you can't see what channel it changes to.
the shuttle to universal was a plus.
After seeing the bug in the clothing, that was downright disgusting. Shake your clothes if you stay there!!

STAY AWAY, Place is unfit for human habitation or use. All rooms were empty, due to mildew and musty smell, carpet and beds were not clean. AC unit is pumping bad smell to the room. I am very surprise why some people rated 3+, is it fake?
Rooms: Horrible
