5 hour visit for a sore throat. No one one the same page. People are friendly but if you dont have insurance you get put in a hallway and have to wait for hours and hours

Absolutely horrible customer service at the valet. Took my wife to the ER at the insistence of her allergy specialist because she was having a reaction and she couldn't breathe her chest was tight. there was nobody at the valet stand when I pulled up so I escorted my wife in and left my car there keeping an eye on the valet stand for someone to return. When she returned she scolded me in a rude voice and made me feel uncomfortable. here I am showing up to ER trying to potentially save my wife's life and I'm being scolded by a rude person who was supposed to help usher people into the hospital in the first place. When someone comes to an ER obviously they are under duress, so you would think that you would have employees that would do their best to de-escalate this stress and quickly get people to where they need to go. I don't even think this rude lady understands the term customer service let alone knows how to properly provide it. If you're having an emergency and don't think your patient can walk from the parking garage to the ER, don't ever drive to this ER, just call 911. They have horrible people working the valet at ER.
