We called the agency on the weekend and left a message thinking that they will get back to me on Monday, like most companies would. I was pleasantly surprised when someone one from Options called me back within 10 minutes. The assistant manager who called me was very knowledgeable, caring and responsive, and seemed confident that they could help. Sure enough, by Monday evening they had a very compassionate and reliable caregiver assigned to my parents and we have been very happy with their services. They have a very good way to oversee and make sure that the clients get the attention they need. I recommend Options for Senior America.

Found them on google and what a blessing it was. They helped with my sister after her getting out of the hospital they were very knowledgeable and informed us about her condition and how to care for her as well as being reliable when we had questions.

A+++++ Service, communication and prices. I had called around a few agencies prior but was not convinced. I was referred to Options for Senior and the manager was very helpful and professional and we found the perfect solution for the care of my grandmother needed. Highly recommended.
