    I HAD A. WOW experience with Apria. My moms oxygen machine went down over night. I called this morning expecting a machine as that is so common these days To my surprise an awesome girl named Melissa answered. She was chipper, smart and knew just what to check and what to do. She was very business like but yet kind, compassionate and so very helpful. I dreaded so much calling this morning expecting to hold but I couldnt have had a more warm, positive experience. Thanks Apria! Thanks Melissa!

    Apria is very difficult to get a hold of, wait times are lengthy, my respiratory "specialist" was over 2 hours late for our appointment, and not only was he unable to help me, but he was also not knowledgeable about what I was telling him. He then informed me that I needed to get a new script from my doctor for a new mask and pressure changes. This is something I believe the customer service line could have told me before I waited 4 days to hear from a person that was two hours late to our appointment. I have never used a CPAP, was not provided any instructions by Apria, and basically have figured it out myself. I've already asked that my doctor provide me with a new service. Apria is AWFUL. I'm trying to find any other service in Orlando.

    Like equipment. Using large nasal mask but may need to go to a Medium full face mask. Partial mouth breather.
