I walked in just to look around and decided to purchase a stuffed animal for my 2 year old. We were helped by an associate whos name was Karen. Karen was not responsive to our hello nor did she want to converse. When my husband went to pay (with cash-100 dollar bill) she literally huffed and puffed. Weve never seen that before in our lives. Once we paid we thanked her and noticed again that there was no response. We found this odd considering she had greeted and said farewell to the customer ahead of us in line. Also, I was being followed the whole time I was looking around. It looks like you have some discrimination going on with your associate Karen and I hope this gets addressed.

WOW! If youre into inspiring quotes this is the store for you. Located in Disney Springs (previously known as Downtown Disney) I was happily surprised with their reasonable prices. Yes, the do have some pricy items like jewelry but they also have reasonable priced items like zipper pouches and much more. Beautiful shop.

Went to this store a bit ago and all but one person who worked here were so rude and unprofessional. I believe this employees name was Gin, Gin was the only one that was willing to help me with trying to purchase something while others said they would get to me and never did or tried to get rid of me as quickly as possible not taking my concerns seriously. I felt disrespected and dismissed. I hope you give Gin a raise and know how much I appreciated their kindness and knowledge on the merchandise in the store. Gin made a great difference in my experience with this company. All of your employees should learn a thing or two from Gin. For being such an expensive company you guys lack class.

Hi my name is Angel and Im an Asian. I visited this store last year and love it. Every time I go to Disney Springs this store is on my list to visit. January 6, 2023 I told my friend that we have to check out this store because its awesome. I brought my friend and her and I was shopping and the lady at the side of the door offer her to sign up for the insider to get a 20% off and also the cashier offered it to her to sign up also. Its just so disrespectful that they did not give me a chance or was not given a offer to sign up when literally I was besides her checking out. I found it so disrespectful in my race that my friend who is a (white) got offered to sign up to become a insider and not a Asian like me when we are shopping together.
