        I scheduled an appointment online for onsite repair. The website provided an option to pay online or on the day of repair. I chose the day of repair as I want to see the job done first. I am not sure why businesses think it's okay to charge people BEFORE the work is done, but on arrival the tech wanted me to pay upfront. Do they require prepayment at their shop? I seriously doubt it. Had the website required payment before work, I could have used a virtual card. Instead, I had to pay a tech who's been there 5 months to swipe my card on a phone (business or not) before the 20 minutes of work. If you can't trust your customers, you don't deserve any.

        When you call there online service you cannot get a person. It gives you an endless loop of recordings, tells you to go to their website and then hangs up on you. Their actual work is awesome but you won't speak to a real person until after you've made an appointment to have work done.
