Universal Gift Shop

Yesterday we were denied a refund from a purchase we made in parks that morning (with the reciept). The manager was short with us and barely apologize for the inconvience. We contacted merch services and they said the refund should have been given. We were instructed to go to the universal gift shop in city walk and the items were refunded without hesitation. The resort gift shops are suppose to help purchases from the parks. Seems like the manager just didnt want to help.

The staff are amazing. I had a difficult issue and I was treated with kindness and empathy. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful folks who work here.

Very nice gift shop! Great selection of souvenirs. The staff was amazing, very friendly and attentive! We were visiting from Maryland last week and felt very welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Thank you for taking great care of your customers!

Another obligatory shop inside Universal's resort is the Universal Store. They have the most commonly sold merch for the parks and items that you might have forgotten to pack. I've found out the hard way they don't sell big spray. I'm a magnet for mosquitoes, if they are near me then they will find me. They don't sell big spray at the shop but oddly they do sell an itch relief ointment
