        I ordered the service to pick up the trash from my business. i signed and payed on Friday. They said they are going to bring the 2 yard on Monday. Monday nothing. I called Tuesday and they said i need to do the paper work again because it was not update. i had the contract and i sent it to them they said they can not received it. That I need to redo it. I f am starting a service how is that bad experience. I am calling right now to cancel my request and my 342 dollars back. no way to have business like that. wao, terrible!

        Ive had this company for years here at my shop, and I have to say that the customer support in Orlando is terrible. I will discontinue service, and will warn anyone against looking at this company for residential or commercial accounts.

        They CONSTANTLY miss pick ups. This is a business and our dumpster is constantly spilling over full and clients have to see it. When I call customer service, I understand they have a call center, but the operators from customer service I get all have attitude and are rude no matter if they are local or in another State. Not good.
