We ordered online when the furniture came the chaise lounge was broken we still had to pay for the rent for the furniture after contacting the online store they picked it up yesterday and never once said they would reimburse us for a broken furniture this is unacceptable to send broken products to the customer and charge them for it you know it was broken when you dropped it off you should not dropped it off unacceptable behavior you get a zero if I have 0 pier to put unacceptable But if we are late do you wanna charge us a late charge you charge me all almost $300 for broken furniture unacceptable

Apparently you "shop online" but then they have you go into or call the store to complete the application. Then you get there and they don't have your application and then they don't have the same specials as online. So I just wasted my time. Don't bother trying, you'll just waste your time!!

Rude manager. Nasty. No customer service. I will never use these people. And as a customer would not recommend them to anyone. Stay away. They will treat you like trash.

Applied.online today and the sales lady I spoke with assured me that someone would be calling me back TODAY once my application was submitted. Submitted application at 6pm. Haven't heard back from ANYONE yet. Oops the store has closed!! I despise liars...JUST tell the TRUTH!! So much for doing business with them.

Very disrespectful and rude and when you try to work with them a little bit and they say yeah sure the next thing they do is just lie and say something else nice job Aarons you guys have the best staff (he says sarcastically)
