The Flower Shop Orlando

I ordered flowers for my friend and she received completely different bouquet.i understand that sometimes you dont have a same flowers as in the picture ,but that bouquet was completely different.You can see on the pictures below!Also I dont understand ,why when you make a changes you dont inform first,maybe I can change my mind.I mailed you but was ignored .Do not recommend.

I ordered from out of town, great custumer service, very helpful, beautiful fresh roses was delivered the same day to my family...We are very happy with the service and product.

I didn't get the best service, I didn't get what I ordered and I couldn't get an explanation of why because they wouldn't answer the phone, I won't do business with them again.

I ordered an arrangement with balloons to be delivered to my Wife's job and the delivery was never made. It is not only Valentine's Day but it's my 10yr Anniversary as well. This place dropped the ball big time. Will be disputing transaction and going over to report to BBB. This place is a scam!
