All Floors of Orlando

We had them do our flooring in our rooms. We had engineered wood installed. Paid a good amount to have the job done and hoped for it to be done well. The gentleman that installed our floors left a mess for me to clean up. Stained our tiles and 4 weeks later, Im still trying to get the glue off. They also left gaps between the panels. He came back later on to fill it, he left even more of a mess. He also did a poor, sloppy job doing so. I will attach photos. Just unprofessional . They were quick, but hoped for better work. Just seems a bit careless. I have had neighbors and friends ask if I recommend them and I do not.

We love working with Leroy and Kenny! We only go to them for all of our flooring needs. They are extremely professional and the work is always extremely well done!

Find somebody else to do your floor, what a crappie job...wish I had kept my carpet seeing what the outcome of my floors was....

I would highly recommend going with All Floors of Orlando for your next flooring project. I was nervous about selecting the right company to install tile floor as my first big home project but Jose and his team really came through. Super professional, efficient (finished early), and easy to work with. I even had a few small cosmetic concerns after they finished the job that I spoke to a Jose about and then I forgot to follow up with getting it scheduled. Jose called me back several weeks later to say he had not forgotten about my concerns and wanted to know when they could come out to correct. I was so impressed with his follow up! He did not have to do this since the job was already done but this level of customer service and follow through is what really made my day. And all while we went through 2 hurricanes! Veteran owned (thank you for your service and sacrifices) and a finished flooring project that exceeded my expectations- thank you All Floors of Orlando. I will be a repeat customer!

Outstanding service!!! Big thank you to Roosevelt and Jose! We recently did our floors with All Floors of Orlando and they provide the best service in the area. I have worked with other floor shops in the area before and shopped around for this project as well. Our floors came out beautifully, pricing was honest, and the service both at the shop and install were amazing. I will definitely return for my next project. If you are looking to replace your floors, do yourself a favor and check them out, you won't regret it.
