After spending over $17,000 on new floors that I have saved for several years to pay for and was so excited to get, I am so disappointed in the end result. When the sales rep came out we specifically asked if we should take the baseboards off the floors and was told no. We removed every piece of furniture and left only the appliances to make it easier on the installers. After the floors were installed there are now gaps in EVERY door opening which looks absolutely hideous. I have attached pictures of just a few. The house was left as if a tornado had gone through it with tile pieces all over the house and filthy from the top of the ceilings to the floor. I had to pay a company to come in and clean since after 5 back, neck, and 3 knee surgeries I am in no shape to do it alone. There was garbage left out in the front yard along with pieces of white boards. To correct the flooring I am now going to have to to get someone to attempt to pull up the white base they put on along with my existing baseboards and try to find something that will cover from wall to where they stopped with the floor. This alone is going to be very costly and time consuming. We have made over 4 attempts to contact the company and have yet to get a response. I have never been so disappointed with a place that was highly recommended and I put my trust and money into.
