        Absolutely the best service Ive had in a very long time. The food and Martini were excellent. Everyone was on top of their game. Next time I am near Disney Ill definitely stop in for lunch or dinner.

        Loved the service provided. A total of 3 waiters/ waitresses came to our table to refill drinks, take plates away and check in on us. I ordered the New York Strip , my fianc ordered a Ribeye. Cooked as desired just lacked seasoning. First time there so didnt really know what the menu entailed so I was a bit disappointed in the shrimp cocktail. Love the service again but the TVs and bar takes away from the ambiance of fine dining!

        Capital did not disappoint. Dry aged NY strip was almost as good as last visit, a little fattier. We noticed the portion of tuna a little smaller but still on point. Service was impeccable. Excellent experience very friendly employees!!!

Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.
