This clinic is not trustworthy, they don't even want to help you Bad attention, no empathy It's sad when Dr. Bird everything was different, they helped, now it's terrible. Look for another clinic, they don't help or provide adequate care as we deserve

I found the staff to be very professional, as well as warm and inviting. Dr. Franco is indeed, knowledgeable of her practice of optometry, as well as her staff.

Im actually pretty grateful for this crew. They found a possible issue with my eyes that took laser surgery to correct. I was able to get both eyes worked on within a few weeks of the discovery and their rooms, hallways, waiting room and bathrooms accommodate wheelchairs nicely. They also have machines and equipment set up to accommodate a wheelie buddy without needing to transfer. The only reason I gave this a 4 star is simply because every appointment takes about 2-2.5 hrs, however they do check in on the patients and so friendly that taking a book and catching up on my recent library read works out to alleviate the time it takes for appointments to be finished.
