The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an attorney representing me. I've spent thousands of dollars and retained Daniel Smith in 2022 and have still have seen no resolution is my case! This was a case that should have taken no more than 6 months and it has now been a year and an half. I've have reached out via phone and email with no response from attorney Smith. I had to discover on my own that my wages were being garnished after retaining attorney Smith and had to bring it to his attention. This guy will not treat you like a priority. If you want to be ghosted by your attorney then you have found your guy! Attorney Daniel Smith is unprofessional and the reason you cannot support all black businesses. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Horrible to get in contact with, take forever with no communication or updates of what is happening and going on. They are completely unprofessional and would not be using or recommending them to anyone plus I will be complaining to my union so they can be remove off of their list.
