4D Concepts was great to work with. Hayo was always available at all times to answer my questions and help me with whatever came up while on the job. His professionalism and friendly attitude made it a pleasure to work with him. The equipment performed excellently and was shipped quickly. Hayo was extremely easy to work with and very flexible regarding our rental arrangement. I would give him a 6 star 'Easy to do business with' rating. Very knowledgeable with the equipment and its capabilities and was quick to work through the most ideal cost path between renting/owning and leveraging the services and equipment that he provides. Definitely coming back for more.

We needed to get 3D scanners to Nagorno-Karabagh to quickly document ancient churches and other monuments prior to transfer to and possible defacement/destruction by the government of Azerbaijan. Hayo understood the urgency and importance of the mission, suggested the appropriate equipment and got it to us quickly. Without Hayo and 4D Concepts, we would not have been able to document as many of these at-risk sites. We can't thank him enough for his professional advice and support!

I work as a project engineer for a medium-sized construction company. We recently sent our FARO scanner in for calibration and were recommended 4D concepts to provide us with a rental scanner for that time. Our experience was great. Everything from the scanner to the tripod was provided in one case and we received it very quickly. We were provided shipping labels for receiving and returning the scanner, and Hayo called me multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly. A+ customer service and a very easy process. All we had to do was sign the initial agreement and print the return label. They handled everything else. Would recommend to anyone.
