        Dealing with the Susan Manchester has been a very difficult process. As a new homeowner, when reaching out to her about question - she was very rude and not very informative. In one email I asked her 4 questions and she barely answered one of them. She seems like a person who doesnt like her job and needs to move on from there. Ive heard many neighbors have similar complaints about her, where she is a little aggressive and not breaking it down for a homeowner to understand how to get a permit.
