I started working at this company 16 years ago when it was mom and pops. All of those blue dots in the picture are just a fraction of the sites I've worked for them. A few years ago the company Expanded and changed. They started to hire unknowledgable people with criminal backgrounds, some even felonious and violent, which I can attest to because I was struck from behind by a new hire on the job. After finally getting the surgeries I needed I was forced to resign. Ask yourself "IS THIS A COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST?"

I have been working with UES for years in different industries. I have always had questionable service from Susan Manchester and Frank Matos. Today I called in to get the status on an older permit that fell through the cracks before I started working here. Frank Matos was incredibly rude, sarcastic and condescending. I politely ended the call, and gave myself a minute to gather myself, because I was so blown away by how unprofessional this man was being. I called back a few moments later and while he did assist me, he was still short, and rude. I apologized for bothering him, and he said that they were short staffed and overloaded with work. I started to say that's not my fault and no reason to treat me that way, but he hung up on me before I could get it out.
