My initial communication with the recruiters was good. But after doing interviews I've heard nothing from them at all. No yes, no, maybe or feedback of any kind. I've called and messages several times. I consider it fairly unprofessional to ghost a candidate if they weren't the hired candidate.

My experience with Modis started out well but they became totally unresponsive after I was submitted for a position. I reached out to my recruiter via email on numerous occasions requesting a status of my application but unfortunately never received a response from anyone. Even if I was not the ideal candidate, I found it very unprofessional for Modis to not respond to any of my emails. I would not recommend working with them in the future.

Louis at Modis is very unprofessional. Communication is lacking professionalism and social awareness. I was only sent minimal text verbage to my phone after submitting my resume via email per the job posting and some texts were at 830 at night. Very low quality in recruitment efforts have made me not want to pursue any positions posted by Modis. You can see where some recruiters are still stuck on just looking at people as numbers to make them money, rather than helping companies find the best employees for the positions they are seeking.its pretty clear my resume wasn't even reviewed when the first questions were is my contract ended and what hourly rate are you seeking when I send a resume for a specific position you posted that lists the salary and my resume shows im currently working for a company for quite awhile .
