Im having a horrible time with completing my installation of a Chair Lift. Will not answer my calls. All is needed is my remotes. Terri or Steve are unreliable that are supposed to be the Owner and Sales Manager. Its been 7 months project. My first one was a lemon and now the second works but remotes did work and installers said would bring correct remotes to me in 3 weeks. Still waiting! I paid cash! Im in St Augustine.

Oh my! The Homelift Store out of Orlando sold us a Handicare 1000 Stairlift but refused to honor the warranty or service it, leaving my 96-year old father in law housebound. Terri Vanlwarden did not return calls requesting service. My father in law has recently passed and Homelift Store will not return calls to buy back one year old stairlift that was barely used. I am contacting the Florida Attorney General alleging fraud and dishonest business practices.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Lift has not worked more than 3 months in the 18 months since it was installed. Seems they dont want to service it since I live in the Keys, BUT they were more than willing to come for my deposit of $9,000 and then pick up another $9,000 at installation. Keep promising that a repairman will be out but it never happens. So frustrating as we are senior citizens and badly in need of the lift.

well 5 months with just a hole cut in my floor/ceiling and still. no lift, and weeks on end of zero communication from the owner I am updating this review with pictures of how they left my house in complete disaster im adding pictures of this horrible work now I have called attorneys and channel 9 news to try to get some help to get this fixed with gaps so large a child could fall through
