Their customer service is horrendous, their automated system puts you in a perpetual loop and will hang up on you if you don't answer perfectly. Update your automated awful system and people would be 95% less likely to scream at your employees for having to call 10 times.

Thanks for warning me about ACH transfers and how they bare soo much significance to a degree that stops you from making online payments. I've paid on time and without interrupted services for the duration of my services utilizing the online services but two ACH transfers that were not successfully withdrawn, converted me to a cash account? So now I have to physically go to a store to pay this? And for what? Is your company so incompetent that they couldn't simply give a warning or a hold on that option but still allow you to pay online? I have to wait a literal YEAR to be able to have that type of convenience now simply because of TWO return payments of $20 which by the way DID NOT effect the amount I had already in my account. I was simply topping off but this is how you treat customers. IF I had a choice, I would go to another provider.

Is this part of the government? This has to be part of the government, you have to spend a minimum of 1 hour on hold per call. If you manage to speak with anyone, the tone is less than stellar. Last time I spent an hour on hold it was because someone came out to check my pressure on the line and as soon as he left, my water pressure was at a new all-time low. I called to have someone come back out and investigate/undo whatever they had done at the meter. Long story short they told me to go jump off a bridge and to call a plumber. You guys are trash. Now I'm on hold for the final time, already on for an hour, to verify that my stop service request was processed because you clowns didn't notify me that my stop service request has been processed. I will not miss you. At all. I hope you all stub your toes ten times a day for the rest of your lives.

I would give 5 stars but I am truly dissatisfied with my most recent call. I lost my job in February due to Covid. I had to move out of my apartment and move in with family. I unfortunately had to go over 30% on my credit cards to support my child which dropped my credit score tremendously. But my payments are on time, always! Im finally able to get another apartment and called the OUC to have service turned on when I move in. Because my credit score dropped they wanted to charge me close to a $400 deposit.I had the OUC for three years and always paid them on time, exceptional payment history. I think its unfair that you have a good customer and youre charging them a deposit because of their credit score. Needless to say I had to choose a pre-pay option. I think that is ridiculous!
