        Absolutely garbage. Should be illegal to force someone to use such a horrible electric service and not even give them a choice between Duke Energy and OUC.

        Unless you have a credit score of 999 they charge you a security deposit. Apparently having one over 820 is considered unfavorable and they demand a security deposit. Which you dont get back unless you are a customer for 24 months. In that case you just never see it again
