Time sure flies. I've been going here since 2006 when I used to live at a house at Fern Creek and when Chicken Fire used to be Fratello's. I do not go anywhere else to get my dry cleaning or any of my alterations done.

Terrible service asked multiple times for them to crease my pants and she never does it then I pick up my shirt and it shrunk it a 80 dollar shirt

After reading the reviews and being new to the area I decided I would have them clean four curtains for me. I was quoted $80 and when my husband picked them up he paid $110! That stinks but I would have been okay with paying a little more however when we went to hang them they are ruined! They have shrunk, all are different lengths now and they were all the same length when I brought them in and totally misshaped! They don't lay flat since they are misshaped. I have tried steaming them and that doesn't even work. I don't know what happened but now they are ruined and I'm totally bummed.
