Donna is so helpful and gracious. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service. She went out of her way to help me purchase items on the app even when it was not working properly. She was so patient. Thank you, you should teach other establishments how to treat others and be a great manager with great customer service skills.

Horrible Pharmacy! Experience the rudest drive thru experience. They have little girls who are probably High Schooler working with zero knowledge so sad. WALGREENS DO BETTER WITH YOUR HIRINGS! Stop hiring dumb people

The pharmacy of this Walgreens is absolute trash! I just got into a car accident, not my fault, while I was working and my back is in severe pain. I went to get checked out at a Centra Care requested by my employment for my injury, all my paperwork was turned into my employer with the exception of my prescription slips. I showed the Walgreens staff my slips and the woman made it VERY clear that she did NOT care because I didnt have the claim number. How am I supposed to have that information when the only documentation I was given were my prescriptions???! Im not driving all over Florida to find something YOU can call and verify. You guys need to restaff and maybe learn what customer service actually is. Shame on you.

William was very patient and helpful with helping me create holiday photo cards for my students. It was my very first time using Walgreens Photo Kiosk and I was not familiar with their process. Although he was initially busy, he politely took the time to stop what he was doing and patiently helped me through the process from beginning to end~ answering any questions I had. I will continue to use this service knowing such helpful service is provided!
