I typically only deal with one particular team member at this location. As we both work in separate buildings but are extremely close, a driveway separates us. Harmony is one of your best assets at your store and in this company. She is always willing to assist me in any of my needs, extremely knowledgeable, and knows when to listen and offers great advice that goes a long ways when you are starting your day off. You should hire more staff members like her. She is simply amazing, and always has a smile on her face.

The absolute worst staff. Been deliberately hung up on, not once, twice, but three separate times. They refuse to speak to your insurance when its medically appropriate. Should be reported to DHH and TJC

Just got off the phone with the pharmacy, and I mean I never expected a phone call to the pharmacy would ever be a helpful experience but kevin was flat out rude on the phone. I absolutely hate calling Edgewater Walgreens and I hate picking up my prescriptions because usually you get treated like your less than human. I mean I remember when it was a pleasure to see your pharmacist and they took time to know the patients these people today are flat out rude and act elite to you or something.....
