I like to pay using the contactless feature of my card for peace of mind and it is usually an extra step for cashiers at Walgreens, as I have noticed, and not everyone knows how or it may just be an inconvenience.

Manager interrupted every question I had and when I walked inside at his rude direction, he backpedaled and pretended he had been trying to help.

Wow. Well I see a lot of bad reviews on here. But I want to give a great raving review about the store and one standout employee at the pharmacy. Her name is Lilly and she has got to be the best pharmacist Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Always kind and courteous as well as helpful. Has gone above and beyond for myself and family time and time again to get our needs met in a timely fashion. Thank you again for all your work and kindness Lilly

This store doesnt even deserve one star! My Rx was called in early evening Ive made several attempts to reach the pharmacy with no success through the automated system, saying that there was a disconnect, nor with anyone answering the phone. Upon pulling up to the drive-through window, there was a sign that said the pharmacy was already closed before their posted closing of 10pm. I was told very rudely by the Young Lady in the window in order to receive help, I needed to come inside. She continued to speak over me and would not help me at all, unless I entered the store. I pulled around to park and as I reached the counter inside the store I was greeted by the store pharmacist, Laura who was closing the window in a rush to not assist me. Many of us all work hard and know what its like to want to wrap up your long day. Its pretty common that sometimes you may have to stick around a few minutes more to complete a task or help someone in need. However this level of rudeness from the staff and Pharmacist is ridiculous. Her (Laura)number one priority is patient care. The Pharmacist is needed to assist with medical needs. The fact that she wasnt will to take the five minutes to verify insurance and fill an Rx speaks volume on her character as a pharmacist. I will not return to this pharmacy as its clear she truly doesnt care!
