Everytime i come, the employees are always so nice. I also want to thank Caroline for being so kind to help me get to the bottom of some missing batteries i thought i had purchased. She was so nice!!

Melissa the ASM is a true example of the type of person that should not work with the general public. I asked the the cashier that was ringing me up. If she could give me change for $2.00 in quarters. She asked Melissa and she went on a rant of why she (Melissa) was choosing not to provide me with quarters. I paid the other order I had with cash and she kept going on a rant. When I was walking out the store she told me if I wanted change to go to a bank. Then I brought my items back and asked her to just give me back my money. She again ranted away that she would be more than happy to give me back my money. (I know she not sure how a business runs and has no care of making Family Dollar loose more money). It would be really nice to train employees a lot better. If this is how Family Dollar functions it should really stay out of this community. Presidente Supermarket was more than happy to take my business.
