Mid Florida Dermatology & Plastic Surgery

I keep getting scheduled to be with different practitioners without notice. It makes it hard to continue care because the practitioner will not be able to actually see my lack of progress from my previous appointments. I prefer to be seen by the same person each visit but that doesnt happen at this office. And when I left a message to my nurse in regard to the pain I was in, she never responded which made me feel like she did not care about me as her patient. I wont be returning.

Incompetent Place And People. I did a lump removal in July 6 2023, that I only will have to pay $124.62 NOW I HAVE TO PAY $827.81 in Hospital Bills + their bill $124.62. Bill .WHY????? Because that day I was sent to hospital from having my whole entire arm and hand completely paralyzed. I called the billing dept.and even I have been going in person and they are never available to talk to me for a payment plan. CARELESS PLACE.

A terrible office for pediatric dermatology needs. We were recommended to see a dermatologist for our infant son and this was one that was on their list. Maybe its fine for teens but they barely looked at our son and just were using the tablet to search creams for infants. Then he started crying towards the end of the visit (he is 5 months old) and as we were leaving we heard them making snide/joking remarks about how they are glad they aren't in pediatric work. Very cold, and unprofessional with a poor bedside manner. Also very inattentive to the issue vs. our current doctor who tracks his progress with photos, looks at the issues with a light and magnifying glass, etc. Definitely do not recommend but especially avoid for babies/toddlers.
