I will start by saying my situation was a disaster years of neglect and not being a man and fixing the problem . I arrived at Aspen dental Alafay scared of it all and from the jump they made me feel like they cared .I still have a way to go before the final results everyone is different and my situation was not a good one probably could have bought a car but I wanted the best and they are delivering and giving me my old self back . I will forever be greatful.. . Thank you Emily, Catherine ,Dr duque and all of the employees .

Needless to say I was very disappointed in my visit today. From the moment I walked in one of the front desk staff member on the right had a face and was in a bad mood. you had to hear the way she was talking to people over the phone absolutely disgusting. Not only that I was scheduled for a cleaning. I called ahead of time to get the pricing they told me it was $107. When I get there, they say it was $150. After examining my teeth and x-rays, they want over $2,000 for severe cleaning which is not what I asked for. And then try to sell me Invisalign, which is fine. I was looking into anyways but the amount of money that they wanted was ridiculous; it was over $6,000 then dramatically, it goes down to 5400. It's just a sale tactic to show that you are in desperate need. I was pretty Disturbed and traumatic by the time it was over, 2 hours of my time gone. Yet! Don't get me wrong, the doctor was amiable, and so was the dental assistant, but I'm paying out of pocket. They don't even give discounts to Medicaid patients like in other places. I only wanted a cleaning. Now I have to find another place and take off work again. I left there in tears and frustrated how can you do that to people.

By far the most friendliest and best dentist, Ive been too. I forget their names and I apologize but the ones that help me today and yesterday were amazing. Definitely wanted to stay at this one. unfortunately, I was prescribed three prescriptions and I was not allowed to buy it one at a time. I had to buy all of them mandatory even though I came out of pocket $620 today so I wont be able to get my medicine . Its unfortunate.

Schedule an appointment for today at 9:30 am got there sharp to my surprise; very one on the front desk was having a great time just like there were on a club using restricted bad words in Spanish and I know because my main language is Spanish, the lady that was acting like she is looking for my appointment was sitting on the chair with her legs up not only that they told me that their system is down and wont be able to assist. How bad and unprofessional I waisted my day needed to request time off from my job Aspen Dental in Alafaya do you think you and your manager; I will want to have your un ethics and unprofessional staff to take care of my Dental Health since I have a condition that requires treatment and check ups constantly?. I really hope that people see and read this. Unacceptable behavior for office customer service even worst a Doctors patient environment.I am a manager of a support costumer service team I would not allow this type of behavior.

The staff were professional and treated me very well. The dental assistant and dentist took very good care of me and showed a lot of compassion as I was in tremendous pain.
If the billing person had been more up front about the billing and not led me to believe that certain things would be included when I purchased the "savings plan", I would have been much happier.
