    Outstanding service, Doctor Luis Alcalde and his assistant Julia made me feel comfortable while doing my root canal. Did not feel any pain while the procedure was done and even 1 day later at home I have basically a pain level of maybe 1, almost no pain at all. Thank you so much for a great job. Really appreciate it.

    Excellent experience overall. Welcoming faces as soon as you walk in the door my dad was a nervous wreck however Dr.Alcade and Julia where able to help him feel at ease. He fell asleep in the chair of how relaxed he was at the end of it all.

    I have had a root canal here each of the last three years. (I know!). Anyway, my experience here with Dr. Luis Alcalde, Julia, and the other staff at this location have been exceptional. They have taken good care of me and the root canals have been easy and without any issues or pain. After my care, my wife has had a root canal here too and again went smoothly. I highly recommend this location of Advanced Endodontics!!

    I was referred there by the Va around 3 years ago and had to reschedule my appointment a few times due to my service connected disability. Fast forward to three years later (today) - I have been referred to them again because of an issue with the root canal they did three years ago. I had to cancel my appointment ( which was done more than 24 hours in advance) I was told because I canceled years ago when they first saw me and again today three years later - that I will have to pay 50$ if I want them to see me again. 1st - service connected disability has kept me from every appointment I have canceled. 2nd. This issue now three years later is because of a screw up on their end. 3. Those cancelations were 3 years ago! I dont recommend this place at all! I will also let the VA know about this since the VA had me go to them through community care. The VA shouldnt work with greedy places like this. Veterans often have disability that interferes with appointments - Ive always canceled more than 24 hours in advance. I will place a complaint with the BBB about this as well. *** Update*** I spoke with Nicky who said she was the Financial Director. I tried to explain what was going on as well as my frustration. In the middle of my sentence she asked me if I was finished yet. She then proceeded to talk over me and was rude and condescending. When I tried to speak she said you had your turn, its my turn to talk now! I stated that its rude to talk over people and not let them talk. She continued to ignore me and speak over me for another minute or so. I asked to speak to whomever is over her and she told me that nobody is over her. I asked her if this is how they treat disabled veteran Ed and she stated she was going to disconnect the cal and hung up on me. The behavior of this lady was atrocious. There was no call for her to be as rude as she was. I contacted the VA patient advocacy department and let them know all the issues I had and am having with this place. I also contacted the better business bureau to start a complain against them. They want to penalize me for rescheduling appointments due to medical issues related to my service connected disabilities from years ago. Any business or entity that treats disabled veterans this way - doesnt deserve a service members business. I will make sure that all my veteran brothers and sisters know about them and how they treated me. All I was doing was asking them to correct a botched job they did years ago that is now resulting in a tooth extraction. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service!!!
