I wont ever come back to this location. Ive been the customer for 3 years, but the new crew doesnt know what they are doing. They did my tooth cleaning halfway. They forgot to do the floss and polish and I have to ask them to redo it after putting the fluoride! In the end, they want to charge me extra without letting me know that is out of my pocket up front.

This used to be a good office, but Im changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I went to this office for 3 years and have had 3 different dentists and hygienists in that time. Every time I go its totally new staff and new routine. My visit today was terrible. I had an appointment for a routine teeth cleaning that I scheduled 6 months ago at my last visit. I showed up and found all new staff, again. They pushed really hard for me to get extra work done, that would take extra time and cost $500 out of pocket. I said Id get that done another time and just wanted my teeth cleaned today as I was on my lunch break. They came back with a list of work and costs of what they still planned to do today. Again, I said not today. I just want my teeth cleaned, liked scheduled. They basically refused to clean my teeth, at my teeth cleaning appointment, unless I got the extra work, with extra time and expense. I was disappointed and pretty angry. I took time off work for this appointment to get my teeth cleaned before moving out of state. It felt like they just wanted to squeeze money out of me instead of caring for my needs and what was best for me. I ended up leaving without getting me teeth cleaned at all, despite having an appointment for the last 6 months for exactly that. It was very uncomfortable, high pressure and uncaring. I wouldnt go back even if I wasnt moving away.
