Exceptional experience from beginning to end. I had been experiencing terrible tooth and gum pain for a week. My normal dentist took xrays and told me to get some mouthwash and I'll feel better in a week. Well, I wasn't better. I googled periodontists in the area and found Dr. Cook. Their service is unmatched. From my initial phone call with the hygienist who squeezed me in for a same day appointment to the follow up call from Dr. Cook in the evening to check on me, my experience was exceptional. As a healthcare professional, it's not often that you receive such an above & beyond experience. Dr. Cook consulted with me to understand my issues and intentionally listened. He resolved my gum pain in a matter of minutes. I can now eat solid food and get back to my normal quality of life. The entire office staff is very engaging and kind. You must go to Dr. Cook if you ever experience any gum issues. He and his team are the absolute BEST!

Best doctor ever and best staff! Had a great experience from the initial evaluation to the surgery. Everyone is so caring and polite. Doctor Cook is amazing, warm and the best at what he does. And even took the time to call me himself at night to see how I was doing. That is unheard off nowadays with doctors! Have a couple of more surgeries ahead and Im not afraid anymore because I know am in the best hands with best doc and staff! Thank you!
