Last year I ordered uniforms for my son, it was great. I don't know what happened this year they sent me the cheapest material, and the sizes were way off. I wasted over $140 on them. Save your money.
The worst part is that I referred them to other parents. Now I have to reach out to tell them not to waste their money. What a shame. Very disappointed

Will print shop that is family owned and run. The turnaround time is relatively fast, the service is great, and the prices are good.

Today, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to Print Shop for providing an experience that exceeded all expectations. When I walked through its doors, I never imagined I would leave with so much more than just a personalized t-shirt.
The experience started with automatic payment via QR code, followed by high-speed logistics that delivered my product to me in just 10 minutes (as soon as I completed the payment, wow!). What made this experience truly memorable were the details that made me feel special. Living in the USA, I chose a Portuguese phrase for my t-shirt, and the company owner, with a warm smile, came curiously to ask what that phrase meant. That smile, that energy, the care and attention to detail, as well as the interest in interacting with the customer, exceeded any expectations anyone could have had when walking through that tiny door. This shows us that, regardless of the size of the door we enter through, reality can be much bigger than we think. I am truly impressed and grateful for this unforgettable experience, my morning just got even better!
The Print Shop is not just a convenient store; is an example of how customer service can elevate any business transaction to a level of satisfaction that makes you want to come back for more.

Horrible customer service. They asked to see Identification due to me picking up t shirts for my friend who called them and gave them my name. If you wanted to just see Identification that was fine. But they wanted a copy. Why??? In this world of today people are stealing peoples identity. I would have been ok with signing a receipt that I in fact received the item. Cupid was horrible telling me to come to her window and tell me she wasnt going to give me the shirts that were paid for. I just agreed for my friends sake due to us leaving on a cruise for her birthday and claimed they arent open on the weekend. Prior to that they had the shirts thrown down for 2 weeks and didnt even know who they belonged too. Ridiculous then told me that ship has sailed for her to take my ID but the man that was there took it after she told him it was up to him. Should have went to the white man!!!!
