MINORITIES BEWARE! Jim or James ran off with my money! I was in jail and he was NO help then he shows up to court and withdraws as my council with No explanation! Hes Not professional, He Lies (Orange Ave office-NOT HIS) and hes Untrustworthy! I Wish he wouldve just told the truth. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TRUST ME!

Jim is an amazing attorney! I'd rate him more than 5 stars if given the option. He handled my case with not only expertise but with compassion, clarity, and efficiency. His immediate responses were consistent and reassuring at a very scary time. His ability to be personable yet professional and knowledgable will continue to set him apart from lawyers only intending for a payday and not the better interest of the client. I'd recommend Jim a million times over. Hes the best!!!

Attorney Gigliotti is the best. I went through throngs of attorneys in central Florida, including a national high profile attorney. Jim is the real deal. I am confident to say that the courtroom is his nirvana and criminal defense is his passion. I will never forget his response to my perception of my litigation. I said that I felt as if I was at the receiving end of vexatious litigation. His response was Then I will be vexatious with them. What really sets Jim apart from any other attorneys is that he gave me personal guidance, he's not a cheat who nickels and dimes his clients, and even when you're his client, you know you're not just a client, you're a friend.
