Got off a 12-hour double, and just needed to quickly pee and grab a bottle of wine for thanksgiving tomorrow. Ive been holding it while dropping off a coworker. Bathroom closed at 8. Never coming back to this location. Didnt buy anything and left.

Bought cigarettes, asked for 100's (1st time). She gave me shorts. I said no, 100's (2nd time), she said ok so I paid. She handed me the shorts so again I said no, 100's, a THIRD TIME. She pushed the shorts at me and said "Next " I was really nice and apologized and said I am sorry I hope it won't mess anything up, but again, I need the 100's. She then tried to kick me out of the store full on Bon-qui-qui style and I said I am sorry, but I really need what I asked for. So she finally gave me 100's after the 4th and 5th time asking, but on the condition that I pay a second time and she would refund the first transaction. I paid again. She then told me not to expect a refund for the first time. I obviously protested and she told me they don't do refunds if I have a problem with that I could call corporate. The thing is, something printed out on the customer printer but she snatched it away before I could see it. I refused to leave and made a small scene demanding to see my receipt that was obviously printed for me, the customer. She finally flashed it in front of me real quick and I was able to snap a pic before she took it away again, showing that the first transaction was indeed refunded, but refunded as cash, which they took for themselves. So I paid twice and they stole my money. It's the perfect crime because on paper, inventory and cash add up, but customers are literally being robbed left-and-right. They are essentially adding extra to the total customers are charged on their cards and pocketing the difference for themselves in cash. The staff tonight (all 2 of them) clearly took great joy in bullying and basically robbing random customers. It wasn't just me. What is going on in this 7-11 is a literal crime. They have been doing this for quite some time. Catching them in the act is almost impossible. If you are reading this and you are one of the customers who has been robbed by this 7-11 please notify OPD. If enough people report it maybe OPD will take it seriously and maybe 7-11 will finally do something about it. Don't bother going to the management. I can't help but suspicion that management is in on it considering how long it has been going on and considering they do nothing when you report it. This is the second time this happened to me at the 1350 Mills location, and instead of being robbed yet again, this time I am just going to dispute the duplicate charge unless they decide to respond promptly and fix the issue. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops and still be ignored just to be treated fairly when making a simple purchase. I can't help but wonder at the massive amount of money this 7-11 has stolen from the general public up to this point. Most people probably just let it go because it's small amounts, but it's time for this 7-11 to be called out on this! Update, nearly 3 weeks later: I have followed the infernal link 3 weeks ago and was assigned case #CS2190846. After filling all that out you get a supposedly real person who replies with a cookie-cutter "we care" response and then disappears. In spite of multiple follow-ups on my part there has been no real response from 7-11. Weeks have gone by. This is honestly something for which I should have just gone straight to law enforcement. After multiple messages being ignored 7-11 will have had more than a fair chance to resolve this internally. Now the police are going to be involved. I will update this review soon on the outcome of that.
