Waseem and his team do great quality work! They are professional, friendly, dependable, and make sure everything is to your liking before they finish. We used them to update our fireplace and entertainment area and it turned out beautifully. We are now going to be using them to help renovate our pool, decking, and screen enclosure. We highly recommend I-Khan Renovations for your next home improvement project!

We are so happy with the updated bathroom I-Khan just completed for us! We had a claw bathtub from our nursery in 2004, and the kids were no longer using it, so I-Khan renovated the area for a built in modern shower with glass and door. We love it!

I wish I could give Waseem and his amazing team at I-khan 10 stars! The attention to detail was amazing. The remodel of our kitchen looks as if we bought the home like this! We were also super impressed with how fast I-khan finished this project . There was always something being done . Waseem has great contractors that want to work for him , thats what made a difference.

Waseem, Evaldo and Alvin have become our go-to renovators and general contractors. They have our trust and we call them friends. My wife and I gave them tough jobs and they performed excellently. Each time they gave us ideas we hadn't even considered and were so helpful in guiding us with patience through the process and telling us where they would do fixes like in insulation, wood frame and plumbing to guarantee we would be happy for the long term. They even guided us newbies through scheduling a design session at Floor & Decor and what to think ahead, such as lighting they saw was missing. They fixed a multitude of problems and delivered "above and beyond" in 3 separate occasions: They renovated our master shower, installed the tile exactly how my wife wanted it. They also replaced all bathroom hardware, our toilet and our faucets. During all their work they demonstrated care for our house, kept everything super clean, and were careful with our cats. We were so happy with them we brought them in to completely renovate another bathroom with a new toilet, soaking tub, a glass door that needed to be installed over the soaking tub, lighting, new electrical and exhaust fan replacement - and again they delivered tremendously. It was our smallest, but now it's our featured bathroom for guests and everyone is impressed! They even found some problems with the way another contractor had installed a window and fixed it properly. We also asked them to do our 3rd bathroom! With the track record they have for quality, promptness and fair value, they are the top of our list for contractor and renovation needs, and we hope to do more business soon. You won't find a better team in Orlando, you are able to trust their advice and their work is impeccable.
