        2 days before my closing I received a closing disclosure document from Conway Title Company and my taxes and insurance together would be $148.20 per month. At closing 2 days later that amount was changed and not highlighted or emphasized so we missed it. Our taxes and insurance were actually $3825.27. My mortgage payment amount didn't change from what the mortgage company told us it would be so we thought nothing of it. A year later my escrow account is negative $4162.28 or I can pay an extra $600 on my mortgage each month. I'm now losing my home because I was fooled into trusting this company and the mortgage company. I wouldn't use this company, but if you do, just be careful
