I have to be honest. I was one of the people who was very skeptical of using this service considering all of the scams out there and trying to get out of my headache of a timeshare. But, I stepped out on faith and so grateful that I did!!! When I set up consultation with them and discussed everything pertaining to my situation, it was very understandable and they make sure to answer any questions you may have. I was told to be patient and that it would take 6-12 months for any results to occur and they would give me a monthly update. I am so ecstatic about my results because they were able to have my situation taken care of within 90 days!!! They were worth the money I spent for service because it was way less than Bluegreen and I have been released from any obligations to Bluegreen . We were anxious to get out of our Bluegreen timeshare, but were leery of dumping more money into being scammed again. After checking reviews and talking with their staff, we decided to go with Alpha timeshare consultants. We were very pleased with their service! We received monthly updates, even when nothing had really happened during the month. (This is a very lengthy process, but we were prepared for that.) We received timely responses to all our questions via email. We are happy to report we are no longer owners with Bluegreen vacation club!

The Alpha timeshare cancellation team was excellent! Tay who was the one who attended my timeshare cancellation situation was much beyond my expectations because thanks to him and his services I managed to cancel the timeshare after my rescission period of the contract without any problem. They took me step by step and went further than expected. These hotels that sell you timeshare are cheaters and don't tell you many things until you sign the contract and the problem is that they do it using a legal contract, which makes the cancellation process a very difficult and complicated process for the person who It does not have legal knowledge about how to cancel a timeshare contract, but this company has the legal knowledge to handle these cases, they are excellent, cordial, fast, accessible and very professional, they definitely offer you a quality service, I recommend them 100%.
